- Shipping Methods:
- DHL Worldwide Shipping: We offer global shipping through DHL to most countries, excluding those where local regulations prohibit us from delivering our products.
- Domestic UAE and GCC Countries: Orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and GCC countries are shipped using trusted local couriers for swift and efficient delivery.
- Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United Arab Emirates.
- Order Tracking:
Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email containing an order tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that once the package has been fulfilled and the shipping label has been finalized, we cannot make changes to details such as the shipping address.
- Warehouse Hours:
Our warehouse operates six days a week, excluding Sundays and local national days in the United Arab Emirates.
- Shipping Costs:
The shipping cost varies depending on the destination. During the checkout process, after providing your full address, you will be able to view the applicable delivery rates.
- Shipping Duration:
- International Shipping: 4 to 10 working days to reach its destination.
- GCC Deliveries: 2-5 working days to reach its destination.
- Domestic UAE Delivery: 1-4 days to reach its destination, except for remote areas where we deliver twice a week; subject to the courier.
- Delivery Attempts:
Our courier service will make up to two attempts for delivery to the address provided during the checkout process. In the event that there is no one available to receive the parcel on both attempts, the order will be returned to us. In the event that your package is undeliverable, remains unclaimed, or is refused, please be aware that you will be held accountable for the following:
The initial shipping costs and return incurred for sending the package.
All duties, taxes, and any additional customs charges accrued during both the initial shipment and the return shipment.
The total amount of these charges will be deducted from the refund for your merchandise under these circumstances.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend having your order delivered to an address where you are present during the day. You can easily do this by entering an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace, during the checkout process.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Requesting an Extra Delivery Attempt:
If you wish to request an additional delivery attempt after the initial two attempts, please be aware that there is a charge of 8 GBP for this service and this service is applicable prior to the courier's parcel return completion. We recommend closely monitoring the tracking details and confirmations sent by the courier to ensure successful delivery.
- Alternate Delivery to a Pickup Point:
In some cases, if you are not present during the second delivery attempt, the courier may deliver your order to the nearest pickup point for your convenience. DHL will typically leave a notification in your mailbox to inform you of this option, allowing you to collect your order at your earliest convenience.
- Customs and International Rates:
Please be aware that customs or other international rates may apply depending on the country of delivery. We are not responsible for communication with customs authorities or clearance processes. These rates are subject to the local authorities and regulations of each country.
