1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Elynur! By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, and using our services, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

2. Formation of the Contract
To purchase a Product advertised for sale on the Site, follow the onscreen prompts after clicking on the desired item. You'll have the opportunity to review and correct your order before submitting it by clicking the "Make Payment" button on the "Payment Details" page.

Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email from us acknowledging receipt, providing an order number and order summary. This does not confirm acceptance of your order. Your order constitutes an offer, subject to our acceptance. We'll confirm acceptance by sending a Dispatch Confirmation email when the Product is dispatched.

The contract is formed upon sending the Dispatch Confirmation. The contract pertains only to the Products confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We're not obligated to supply other Products until separately confirmed.

We reserve the right not to accept orders and are not liable for such refusals. We may be unable to process orders due to out-of-stock Products or payment authorization issues.

3. Products and Ordering
Elynur offers a variety of products including candles, home sprays, and reed diffusers for purchase. These Terms and Conditions apply to your orders made on our website.

We usually deliver all Products from an order in a single delivery to the address specified. See Delivery Information for details. Items cannot be delivered to multiple addresses within one order. Deliveries must be signed for at the delivery address.

Please note that we cannot deliver to Russia, Libya, Soudan, Iraq, Ukraine, North Korea, Philippines, Syria, Eritrea, Afghanistan and potentially other countries due to the country’s restrictions.

4. Changes to Terms
Elynur reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will apply to orders placed after the modification's effective date. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

5. Customer Eligibility
The term "Customer" refers to individuals placing orders for Products on the Elynur website. Our Products are intended for personal use and not for resale. We may decline orders that do not comply with these terms or if there are multiple orders under the same account, card, or address. For wholesales inquires please contact info@elynur.com.

6. Product Information and Availability
While we aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images, there may be variations between the images and the actual products. It's important to read and follow the product instructions for safe use. Elynur will not be responsible for misuse of products.

Certain products or services might be exclusively accessible online through the website. These items or services could be available in limited quantities and are subject to being returned or exchanged as outlined in our Return Policy.

We have taken great care to portray the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible on the store platform. Nonetheless, we cannot ensure that the display of colors on your computer monitor will be completely accurate.

We retain the right, although not obliged, to restrict the sales of our products or services to specific individuals, geographic regions, or jurisdictions. This prerogative might be applied on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we hold the authority to limit the quantities of any products showcased in our store or services offered based on information provided by the Sellers. All depictions of products or their pricing are subject to modification at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to halt the presentation of any product whenever deemed necessary. Offers for products or services on this site are considered void where prohibited.

We cannot guarantee the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you will fulfill your expectations, or that any errors within the Service will be rectified; this is a responsibility held by the Sellers and manufacturers. However, we will always equip you with sufficient information and guidance to assist you in the event of any product defect.

7. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed in GBP and exclude delivery costs and additional international taxes and customs clearance costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. We use a secure payment system for credit/debit card payments. Any bank charges related to payments are the responsibility of the Customer.

Payment in full is required to complete your order. Major credit/debit cards are accepted for payment and PayPal. By using a card or PayPal account, you confirm it's yours. Cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks. If payment is refused, we're not liable for the refusal's reason.

You consent to furnishing up-to-date, thorough, and precise purchase and account details for all transactions carried out on our platform. You commit to promptly revising your account and other particulars, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, to facilitate the successful completion of your transactions and to ensure effective communication when necessary.

Errors in pricing are corrected as soon as identified. If a Product's price received differs from the Site's, we may contact you for instructions or reject your order.

8. Order Process
To place an order, follow the instructions on the website. You may create a customer account or order as a guest. All orders are subject to acceptance by Elynur. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

9. Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer. We offer different shipping options, and shipping costs are detailed during the order process. The risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Customer upon delivery unless is confirmed otherwise.

Products become the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. We're not liable for loss, damage, or destruction after delivery, except for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered Products.

Ownership passes to the customer on: delivery; or upon our receipt of full payment, including delivery charges, whichever is later.

10. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return Products within 7 days of receipt. Returned Products must be in their original condition and packaging. We'll provide a refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned Products and Inspection has finalized. Return postage costs for eligible returns will be covered by the customer. Please note that product will pass inspection upon arrival. Elynur has the right not to refund the customer if the items are not in their original condition and packaging. If the items are not refundable Elynur has no commitment to return the items to the customer.

11. Liability and Disclaimers
While we take measures to provide accurate information, Elynur is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from product misuse or unauthorized activities. Our liability is limited to the price of the purchased Products.

12. Our Liability
We're not liable for unforeseeable loss or business loss. Liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation is not limited. These terms don't affect statutory legal rights.

13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Elynur website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property rights. Use of any content without permission is prohibited.

14. Notices
Formal legal notices should be sent to our registered office address.

15. User Feedback, Comments & Other Submissions
Should we request specific submissions from you (such as contest entries), or if you independently provide creative concepts, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether via online channels, email, postal mail, or any other means (collectively referred to as 'comments'), you agree that we retain the unrestricted right to, at any time, without limitations, edit, replicate, publish, circulate, translate, and use your comments in any medium. We hold no obligation (1) to maintain comments in confidentiality; (2) to provide compensation for comments; or (3) to furnish responses to comments.

While we may, at our discretion, choose to monitor, edit, or remove content that we deem to be illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes upon any party's intellectual property rights or these Terms of Service, we are not compelled to do so.

Your comments must adhere to the stipulation that they will not violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, personality rights, or other personal or proprietary rights. Furthermore, you undertake that your comments will not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or obscene content, or any computer viruses or malware that might compromise the operation of the Service or related websites. Using a deceptive email address, impersonating someone other than yourself, or misleading us or third parties regarding the source of any comments is prohibited. You bear sole responsibility for the comments you make and their accuracy. We assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Emirates.

Elynur may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons.
